Who we are
The Lohier Jubilee Foundation (the “Foundation”) is a Private Foundation, nonprofit, nonstock corporation organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and religious purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to other organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
In furtherance of that purpose, the Foundation’s assets shall generally be used to provide charitable donations and Gifts to the less fortunate worldwide specifically in the United States, Haiti, and other countries who are in dire financial needs, within the meaning of section 501(c)(3), as a result of poverty, economic hardship, serious financial crisis, disaster relief or other significant need.
Founders:
Jean Marceau Lohier, CPCM, CFCM, and NCMA Fellow, is a Minority Small Business Owner. He is an Executive Leader with Spectrum Enterprise Federal (Charter Communication Operating, LLC), serving as Director and Department Head of Deal/Proposal Management, Policy, Process, Pricing, Contracts, and Compliance group. He was also the Director of the Contracts and Subcontracts group at AT&T Government Solutions, Inc. (Tyto Athene, LLC). In addition, he is a subject matter expert (SME) in procurement and contracts management and a member of various advisory boards and committees.
Mr. Lohier's impact on the industry is significant. He is renowned for his leadership and mentorship, having guided and trained numerous cross-functional teams, contract professionals, and military veterans. His insights and expertise have not only been shared at various professional meetings and national conferences but have also been featured in reputable newspapers. This widespread recognition of his contributions underscores his commitment to advancing the field and inspiring others.
Mr. Lohier's commitment to continuous learning and professional development is evident in his educational background. He is pursuing an Executive MBA at Emory University – Goizueta Business School, a testament to his dedication to enhancing his business acumen. He also holds two Post-Graduate Certificates, one from Georgetown University in Paralegal Studies and another from the University of Virginia in Procurement and Contracts Management. These academic achievements further solidify his expertise in the field.
Mr. Lohier's expertise and contributions have been widely recognized, as evidenced by his prestigious recognitions and awards, including the 2018 NCMA Fellow and 2015 "NCMA's Best CM Magazine Article" awards. These accolades underscore the respect and trust he commands in the industry as a valued professional and advisor.
